We left for Coeur d'Alene. We stayed the night with my long-time friend, Beck & her husband Randy, who recently moved there. We had a great time! They live on a hill in a beautiful home with lots of (wild) birds and a view of Lake Coeur d'Alene.
What's with the name Coeur d' Alene? Besides hard to spell, it means "heart of the awl". There, that explains it 😏 An awl as you may know is a sharp pointed tool for making holes. So this name was supposed to explain what astute traders they were... okay if you say so.
Just to be clear, the birds don't live with Beck & Randy in their house, they just hang out around the house. We also got to charge our car.
